All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item you receive arrives damaged please reach out to me, within 3 days and file a claim with the post office (priority or insured only).

Shipping and Turn Around Times

All orders are shipped within 3 business days. Most will ship next day. All items in the catalog are in stock items. When we do start preorders on site those generally take 6-8 weeks to arrive to me, and then will ship to you within 3 business days. Please note if you DO NOT select PRIORITY shipping you are responsible if your items arrive damaged. If you wish to purchase insurance on a first class postage package please sent an email.
